Do you ship International?


At the present time we do not ship Internationally but this soon will change. Please subscribe to our website so we can update you when will start our International shipping.




How long will it take my order to ship after ordering?


Orders can take 48-72 hrs to ship after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped you will be notified by your registered email when you originaly placed your order.




My order arrived damaged.


If your order arrived damaged it is your responsibility to notify us by email with 24hrs after receiving your order. Please send your original order number found in your email and a picture of the damaged item to info.aerglocosmetics@gmail.com. A replacement order will be mailed out to you after we have received the damaged order.




How can I track my order


To find the status of a particular order you can view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.




How can I get on PR list to be an Aerglo Beauty


If you are interested in becoming an Aerglo Beauty for Aerglo Cosmetics please make sure you do the following. 1. Follow our IG page @aerglocosmetics.shop 2. Subscribe to our site 3. Must be a beauty influencer such as MUA/ Beauty Blogger 4. Have an organic following and be active on your social media such as Facebook, Instagram/YouTube 5. Show our products with a video and demonstration of our products works. Following these simple rules and you will be on our PR list with new products sent out to you and your name will always be promoted with our company on social media!
